the hotel's location was convenient. the breakfast offered a diverse selection. it catered to various preferences. the staff were courteous. they provided supportive service.
the towels smelled musty and were not clean. the bedsheets also lacked a fresh scent. i found hair in the closet. the cleaning was overall unsatisfactory. housekeeping did not meet expectations.
