Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Renaissance Vienna Schönbrunn Hotel had its highs and lows. While the room was spacious, modern, and very clean, I found the bar service lacking. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the U-Bahn station for quick trips to the city center. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast pricing and the indifferent attitude of the bar staff, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the Renaissance Vienna Schoenbrunn Hotel, enjoying its lovely breakfasts and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, I did face some challenges with the misleading hotel entrance location and the small bathroom. Overall, the attentive staff made my experience nice, particularly a reception gentleman who helped with my boarding cards and a lovely waitress, Lisa, who provided a great sightseeing suggestion. 😊
I recently enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Vienna Schoenbrunn Hotel, which was clean and modern, with a pretty decent location near the U4 subway line. However, the noise from nearby trains and construction made it challenging to sleep well. The breakfast options were good but limited, and I found the service at times a bit abrupt. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there were some areas that could improve.
I had a pleasant 7-night stay at the Renaissance Vienna Schönbrunn Hotel. I appreciated its quiet location and easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city. The breakfast was a standout, offering a great selection, but I did find the room size a bit small and the bathroom lighting inconvenient. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience with just a couple of minor issues.
My stay at Renaissance Vienna Schönbrunn was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, close to Schönbrunn Palace and public transport. However, I faced some frustrating issues with the staff and room amenities. While the breakfast was impressive, some of the customer service experiences left much to be desired.
